According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.6 km² (1.0 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and 1.9 km² (0.7 mi²) of it (70.59%) is water.
Gulf Boulevard runs north - south and is the main thoroughfare that links North Redington Beach with Redington Shores to the north and Redington Beach to the south. Along Gulf Blvd. you will find offers a wide variety or shops, stores and activities for residents and visitors alike.
Gulf Blvd. in North Redington Beach is also home to hotels and motels, fine dining establishments and popular breakfast and lunch restaurants. Just to the west of Gulf Blvd. a mile long white sand beach with easy access.
North Redington Beach is connected to the mainland by the Indian Shores Bridge to the north and the Tom Stewart Casuseway in Madeira Beach to the south.
